HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL
Clients can withdraw funds online by simply logging into the secure Ezracapital.com client portal and selecting the withdrawal tab from the menu.
Please note it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available for the withdrawal request to be processed.
NOTES TO CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A WITHDRAWAL
- Streamfinance.com does not charge internal fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers or banks may charge fees.
- Due to AML/CTF laws, withdrawals cannot exceed profits of the original deposit source and must be returned to the same funding method where possible.
- All withdrawals must be processed using the original funding source. For example, credit/debit card withdrawals are returned to the same card used for deposit.
- All withdrawal requests are processed according to the funding source of origin. Processing times may vary depending on the provider.
- If funds were deposited via credit card, withdrawals may be returned to the same card up to the original deposit amount. Profits will be transferred via bank transfer or alternative method.
- Debit and credit card withdrawals can take between 3–5 business days after approval.
- International bank transfers may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- International transfer requests below USD 200 may be subject to additional fees.
- Clients acknowledge that Streamfinance.com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
- Streamfinance.com will not process withdrawal requests if the trading account has a negative balance.
- Streamfinance.com reserves the right to investigate withdrawal requests in the event of a chargeback or compliance review.
- Any losses due to incorrect banking details provided by the client remain the sole responsibility of the client.
