TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clients are required to deposit an initial amount as margin in order to place trades. Upon completion of the trading period, payouts may be processed using any approved withdrawal method requested by the client, subject to applicable fees and verification.
The Company and its Account Managers may provide general trading information, market insights, or technical assistance. Any trading decisions executed on the Client’s account remain the sole responsibility of the Client.
The Company ensures the protection of clients’ personal data as provided during registration and within the client portal. Data is securely stored and disclosed only where legally required or with client consent.
Clients are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any activity performed using those credentials will be considered authorized by the Client.
Accounts may be subject to maintenance charges. Additional deposits may be required if trading limits are exceeded.
At the conclusion of a trading period, applicable fees may include tax clearance and fund transfer fees.
